Position Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced and compassionate RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing high-quality care to obstetric patients.
Job Description:
- Deliver direct patient care to laboring mothers and newborns
- Monitor fetal development and maternal health throughout labor and delivery
- Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families about prenatal and postpartum care
- Assist with procedures, medications, and documentation
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing best practices
Education & Certification Requirements:- Active RN License in the state of South Dakota (or compact license)
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications (Required)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent OB/Labor & Delivery experience preferred
