This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) providing critical care to patients recovering from surgery. The role requires a licensed RN with at least one year of critical care or emergency nursing experience, ACLS certification, and preferably orthopedic nursing experience. Other Information Minimum Qualifications: •Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN or ADN/ASN and actively enrolled in a BSN program •Current and unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut •One year of critical care/emergency nursing experience required •ACLS certification •Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to assess health needs of patients and to perform nursing care in a safe, caring manner
Preferred Qualifications: •Orthopedic nursing experience •PALS •Epic experience
