Hematology and Oncology Locums Physician - North Carolina, Near Myrtle Beach
Outpatient-only Hematology and Oncology assignment in North Carolina with full-time and part-time options near Myrtle Beach.
Highlights
No call, no rounding, no procedures
Up to 250 days still open; build your own schedule
Choose week-on/off, part-time blocks, or 2 days per week ongoing
Minimal after-hours; texts from APPs only
Dedicated cancer center; same-day diagnostics
Practice Setting
35,000 sq. ft. standalone cancer center
18 exam rooms, 16 infusion chairs
On-site PET scan, lab, and pharmacy
Staff includes 2 MDs, 3 APPs, and radiation oncologist
Diagnostics not delayed by ED/OR
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with 1 hour admin
Flexible: full-time, recurring part-time, or 2-week blocks
Summer assignments and short-term coverage still available

Slightly higher hematology volume
No procedures required
Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
Active North Carolina license
BLS and DEA required
Travel Accommodations
