Unit Details:
Beds: 15
Staffing Ratios: 1:2
Shifts: Day & night with Intensivist, RN, Desk Tech, RT (plus Case Management & Dietary on days)
EMR: Meditech
Equipment: General cardiac/respiratory monitoring, CRRT, temporary pacemaker (TPT) placement, ventilators
Must Have:
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Proficiency in IV starts, blood draws, patient monitoring
Preferred:
CRRT experience
APHON certification (a plus but not required)
