Opportunity to join a patient-centered health system with rapid skills growth (EKG & phlebotomy competency within 6 months). Patient Care Associate I; full-time/part-time shifts in hospital setting; location: Memorial Healthcare System (Florida); ongoing/permanent role. - 3 months patient care experience or completion of formal training program - EKG and phlebotomy competencies required within 6 months of hire - Ability to work with minimal supervision, in stressful environments, and use critical thinking

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Three (3) months of patient care experience demonstrating the ability to perform basic patient care or certification of completion from formal training program required. **EKG and phlebotomy competencies are required within six (6) months of hire date.
