Earn $950K–$1.3M plus incentives at a Level II trauma center with 1:4 shared call. Seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for a full-time, shift-based role at a 450-bed Level II trauma center on the Mid-Atlantic coast. Schedule: high-volume OR shifts averaging 4+ cases/day, shared trauma call 1:4, one outpatient clinic day/week. Location: large metro (1.8M), ~1 hour from Richmond, VA. Employment: permanent full-time with signing/retention bonuses. - Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma surgeon - Board certified/eligible in Orthopedic Surgery - Eligible for state medical license - Comfortable with high-volume OR trauma caseload and 1:4 call - Active DEA and malpractice credentials (or able to obtain)

Highlights:
• Join an expanding and collegial surgical team providing Orthopedic Trauma and Fracture Care in a large 450 bed level II designated trauma center.
• Current team of three other fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma surgeons and six dedicated Physician Assistants.
• Full team at large boasts seven additional Orthopedic Surgeons and six Advanced Practice Providers covering general, sports, hand & upper extremity, foot & ankle, and total joints.
• Fast paced shift-based schedule averaging 4+ surgical OR cases per day. Trauma call shared equally 1:4.
• One day per week in outpatient clinic for elective cases.
• Attractive financial package including base salary with production and quality incentives. Current staff earning over 950K.
• Full benefits, paid malpractice, signing bonus, relocation assistance, retention bonuses, 6 weeks PTO/CME and much more.
