SummaryAs we expand our Internal Medicine Residency Program at Lee Health, we are seeking a Faculty Physician to join our team. This role involves providing clinical patient care and mentoring residents, while also serving as an expert competency evaluator. The Faculty Physician will work closely with the Program Director and Associate Program Director to develop and implement the resident evaluation system. By exemplifying professionalism and a commitment to safe, quality, and cost-effective patient-centered care, this position will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our residency program.
