A Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Thoracic Surgeon is sought to join a major Ohio healthcare system to build a comprehensive General Thoracic Surgery program. The role involves inpatient, outpatient, and clinic-based practice including surgical cases and outpatient visits with access to advanced technology such as the DaVinci Xi robot. Position Overview:
A major healthcare system in Ohio is actively recruiting a Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible Thoracic Surgeon to join and help build a General Thoracic Surgery program. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for an experienced provider or a recent fellowship graduate (within 2 years BE eligibility). Medical Director opportunities are available for candidates with leadership vision.

Requirements:
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Thoracic Surgery (within 2 years)
Fellowship-trained in Thoracic Surgery
Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)
ACLS and DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
Clean malpractice and license history
Must not require visa sponsorship
Must reside within 1 hour of the site (no long-distance commuters)
Not open to locum, 1099, or visa-based candidates
