What You'll Do:

Greet visitors, employees, and/or clients in a professional manner at the front desk of the financial institution location.
Verify identification and manage access control for individuals entering the facility.
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms from the front desk area.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting with directions or information as needed at the front desk.
Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, or emergencies according to Allied Universal and client procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with local authorities and/or internal teams when appropriate.
Follow all site-specific security-related policies and procedures to help maintain a secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
