The Registered Nurse II - Med/Surg Per Diem role involves providing flexible, skilled nursing care across multiple medical and surgical units within a Magnet-recognized health system. Nurses work 12-hour shifts on a per diem basis with flexible scheduling and are supported by comprehensive orientation and training. Candidates must have a BSN or commitment to obtain one, a minimum of 2 years acute Med/Surg experience, and BLS certification.

Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
Commitment Options: 60 or 84 hours in 4-week blocks

What to Expect
Pay rates are based on your monthly hour commitment (60 or 84 hours per 4-week block).
12-hour shifts available (day or night).
Initial training includes 10-day shifts during your first month for New Employee Orientation, Nursing Orientation, and unit training.
Requirements
BSN required or commitment to obtain within 3 years of hire (with relevant experience).
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience in an acute care setting.
BLS certification required.
