The role involves office clinic visits and hospital coverage, performing advanced procedures such as aneurysm repairs, bypass surgeries, carotid artery stenting, and endovascular therapies. The surgeon leads a multidisciplinary team using EMR systems like Epic to deliver high-quality vascular care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Coverage Needed
- ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule
- Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p
- 2-4 call nights a week
Clinical Details
- Office with clinic 2 days per week - Hospital coverage the remainder of the week with possible weekend call coverage
- 3 Cases per day
- Adult and Geriatric patients
- Treatment of Vascular Malformations, Median Arcuate Ligament, Nutcracker Syndromes
Requirements
- Board Certified Vascular Surgery
- Active VA License and DEA
- BLS, ACLS
- Clean background
- Procedures required: Aneurysm repairs, Thoracic, Abdominal, Arterial bypass, Peripheral, Vascular Access Devices, AV shunt
- Endovascular Surgery Procedures Required: Carotid Artery Stenting, Bypass Surgery, Femoral Popliteal Bypass, Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting, Endovenous Laser Therapy Treatment, Carotid Artery Stenting, Bypass Surgery, Femoral Popliteal Bypass, Aortofemoral Bypass, Stenting, Endovenous Laser Therapy Treatment, Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
- Endovascular Therapy Required: Peripheral Artery Disease, Gangrene of the limbs

- Office staff, 3 PSR, 2 CMA, 1 LPN, 1 vascular techs, 2 part time MD's RN
