This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 24 months of hospital pharmacy experience, and certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).

Qualifications
Education
HS diploma or GED required.
Experience
At least 24 months hospital pharmacy (or equivalent as determined by pharmacy leadership), exceeds the minimum requirements of Level I.
Licensure/Certification
OK permit required within 90 days of hire, and PTCB CPhT certification required within 90 days of hire (subject to termination).
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
All Level I and II competencies.
