- 24 hour call and clinic 1/2 days
- Support Staff: APP first assisting not available, scrub techs available in OR for case completion
- Patients per day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day, minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day

Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Orthopedic Surgery
- License Required: AZ license will look at IMLC LOQ
- DEA: yes
- CSR: no
- Certifications Required: BLS
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Credentialing: 21 days
