Flexible ICU float role supporting multiple hospitals across a top Colorado nonprofit health system. RN ICU Float Pool; full-time or PRN shifts across UCHealth Colorado locations; variable schedule including nights; ongoing/permanent role supporting multiple ICUs. • Active RN license (CO) and BLS/ACLS required • 2+ years ICU experience and strong critical care skills • Ability to travel between hospital sites and adapt to varied ICU settings • Current immunizations and background checks as required
