Lead a mission-driven facility serving underserved communities with full operational control. Nursing Home Administrator; full-time on-site at Good Samaritan Health Center; oversee operations, compliance, resident care, staff management; permanent role in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting. - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (state LNH Administrator license) or eligible - Minimum 3+ years management experience in long-term care or skilled nursing - Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, federal/state LTC regulations - Strong leadership, budgeting, quality & compliance skills
