Pediatrics - FQHC in Northern California

• Federally Qualified Health Center seeks a BC/BE Pediatrician to join their team
• Base salary: 230-250k
• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• Providers typically work 4 days per week and see 16-18 patients per day
• No call - outpatient only
• Group has 3 medical clinics within 30 minutes of each other - most providers rotate through each
• EMR: Athena Practice (implementing Epic in 2026)

• Non-Profit FQHC and NHSC eligible site for loan repayment. They are also a CCBHC, which provides multiple loan repayment options through HCAI and other agencies
• Sign-on bonus: $100,000
• Located 30 minutes from Redding, just under 2 hours from Chico and Susanville, and 3 1/2 hours from the Pacific coast
• Domestic Airport available in Redding with direct flights to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle. International Airport offered in Sacramento (2 1/2 hour drive)
