Saint Mary of Nazareth Cardiology Clinic in Chicago, IL , is actively seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to join our growing and collaborative Cardiology team . This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside a team of highly experienced cardiologists delivering comprehensive care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Position Details:

• Full-time employment
• Employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Daytime Hours)
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Access to advanced diagnostics, imaging, and treatment technologies
• Collaborate with cardiologists to provide high-quality cardiovascular care
• Supports both continuity of care and chronic disease management
• Spanish speaking preferred

Qualifications

• Active Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nursing program
• New graduates with strong cardiology clinical rotations will also be considered.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000-130,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
