Salary and Benefits:
- The salary range is based on experience $280,000 to $350,000+/year)
- Bonus Potential wRVU Bonus Model

Responsibilities:
- 4-10s
- 36 Hours of Clinical Time / 4 Hours of Admin Time (Can Be Remote)
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to Women of all ages.
- Current call rotation 1:4 (will soon be 1:6)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for patients.
- Average 12-15 Deliveries per month
- Average 25-28 Patients per day
- Minimal hospital procedures
- EMR Athena Practice
Requirements:
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Washington (or willing to obtain if relocating)
- Board-certified or Board-eligible OB/GYN
- New Graduates Will Be Considered
- H1 and J1 Visa Sponsorships Available
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach in obstetric and gynecological care
