Pay Range: $68.00
What's the Job?
- Lead efforts to automate batch and manual processes for testing in non-production environments, significantly reducing timelines from multiple days to under 24 hours.
- Design and implement Mainframe automation solutions using tools such as Ansible and Harness for orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure seamless integration of automation into existing systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with senior leadership to align technical strategies with overarching business objectives.
What's Needed?
- Strong proficiency in REXX, JCL, COBOL, and mainframe environments.
- Hands-on experience with Mainframe automation tools such as Ansible and Harness.
- Experience with Hogan platform, DXC systems, or Deposit systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to lead projects and provide mentorship to junior team members.
