π Step into a full-time Local Driver role at $27.00 per hour
π Training Timeline
You can complete the full process and start your driving career in as little as 3 weeks! Most individuals can get it within a few months!
π Once You're a CDL Driver, Youβll:
Operate a garbage truck safely on local routes
Collect solid waste and recyclables from residential and commercial customers
Follow route sheets and work independently
Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
Provide friendly, professional service to customers
π What Youβll Need
β A valid Class D license and ability to obtain a CDL permit within 90 days of start date
π§Ύ A clean driving record
πͺ Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
π£ Strong communication + basic reading/writing skills (English required)
π High school diploma or GED preferred
πΌ 1+ year of general work experience (related experience is a plus)
