Practice Details:
•Join a collegial, democratic team of 6 physicians with very little staff turnover
•12-hour shifts for an average of 10-11 shifts per month - can always pick up additional shifts
•Annual volume of just less than 10,000
•Strong support staff includes APP's, multiple RN's, patient care tech, and more
•Subspecialty support includes orthopedics, urology, podiatry, general surgery, ENT, OB/GYN, hospitalist, family medicine, and more
•Hospital will be finished with an exciting $50 million expansion and renovation by early 2026
Compensation Details:
•Employed position up to $430K for an average of less than 11 shifts/month - 70th percentile MGMA
