Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring a KY or compact license and at least one year of experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a medical-surgical unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Full-time contract position for 13 weeks
- Care provided to adult med/surg patient population
- Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
- Candidates must complete required forms and checklists during onboarding
- First-time travelers will be considered
Requirements
- Active KY or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience
- Certifications must be from AHA or equivalent, as RQI certifications are not accepted
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- COVID vaccination card required
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any Lifepoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed full time elsewhere
