Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position on an ortho unit, requiring a NM or compact RN license and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Inpatient ortho unit within a hospital setting
- Medical-surgical patient population, focusing on orthopedic cases
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment length
- Assignment located in New Mexico
- 50 mile radius rule applies for eligibility
- Deliver nursing care to orthopedic and medical-surgical patients
- Follow all dress code and hospital policies as directed
- Assignment runs through major holidays, with potential holiday coverage required
- First-time travelers may be considered
Requirements
- Active NM or compact RN license required (or must obtain upon offer)
- Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience
- Current and active certifications (not expired) must be provided for consideration
