Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist in Slidell, La. This is a community hospital with the backing of a large system. Slidell, near Mandeville and Covington, LA, located north of Lake Pontchartrain from New Orleans. Slidell, located in St Tammany Parish, is just a short drive to New Orleans, offers a family oriented low cost of living location with easy access to all the amenities of a city. Known for its many recreational programs for both adults and kids, excellent parks, frequent festivals and community events throughout the year, the Northshore has continued to attract residents to the growing area. Position Highlights:
Walk into a great group dynamic on the Northshore with a busy practice including 3 MDs and 3 APPs.
Production model with base salary
Call: 1:5 ratio, average of 5-6 days a month with paid call. Majority of after-hours consults are handled by phone.
M-F schedule with block OR time.
You have access to UroNav, Robotics (Da Vinci), and Aquablation.
Brand new state of art surgery center that was just opened last fall.
Support staff in the clinic as well as in the OR.
