Locum Hospice & Palliative Care Physician; Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with 4–6 nights on-call/month; telehealth available; shared caseload ~350 patients; locum assignment via Weatherby Healthcare in Oregon; contract-based (locum tenens). - Hospice clinical experience required - Experience with crisis visits and GIP admits - Active medical license (state-specific) - Ability to work telehealth and on-call nights - Valid malpractice coverage (provided)
