Schedule: Full-Time Onsite Only Flexible 4- or 5-Day Workweek
Salary: $250,000 $260,000 base + productivity incentives

• Full-spectrum outpatient care for patients of all ages

• 40-hour workweek (34 patient-facing hours)

• Light phone-only call shared with nurse triage

• Telemedicine rotation every few months (weekends only)

• Average daily volume: patients

• Collaborative care with APPs; opportunities to teach students

• EPIC EMR system

• Optional leadership or hospital medicine roles available

Base Salary: $250,000 $260,000
Bonuses:

• Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus (paid in first paycheck)

• $25,000 retention bonus (paid at the start of year 2)

Board Certified in Family Medicine (or BE within 5 years and working toward certification)
Active NY medical license (or willingness to obtain)
