Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday Friday, Clinic and Surgery Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Types of Cases: bread and butter ear, nose, throat (ENT) procedures Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications Required: must be board certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS) Licensure Required: Wisconsin license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC) ?
