We are looking for a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at a residential training facility in Devens, Massachusetts (MA). As a physician, you will play a crucial role in providing direct medical care to our students.

- Conduct medical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide referrals for specialized care.
- Coordinate and administer immunizations and manage the detection and control of communicable diseases.
- Implement protocols for the prevention and management of infectious diseases.
- Monitor and support the continuation of care for students receiving external medical services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and wellness programs to support students' wellbeing.
- Advise the facility staff on medical and health-related matters.
- Oversee ordering, safeguarding, and accounting of health equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Review health policies, monitor expenditures, and adjust as necessary to maintain budgetary compliance.
- Issue and update Health Care Guidelines in line with organizational and state requirements.
