--Private orthopedic group is looking for orthopedic-spine surgeon
--Group is made up of general orthopedic surgeons as well as specialists in every area except spine surgery
--Practice would be mix of working out of office, local hospitals and outpatient surgery center owned by the group
--Shared call
--Initially the surgeon will be employed with guaranteed base salary (no pay-back clauses)
