LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Ambulatory Care for a travel nursing job in Brooklyn, New York.

Job Responsibility:
- Provides patients with education on prescribed medication including potential side effects and documents all education in the patient’s medical record
- Dispenses medication to the patient as per the medical providers’ order (daily, weekly, or biweekly)
- Documents all DOT encounters with patient on the DOT log sheet.
- Documents all DOT encounters in accordance with policy.
- Reports and documents all patient-reported or witnessed side effects to a PCC medical provider the same day.
- Obtains medication orders from the medical provider.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience required
- Active RN license for NY
- BLS by AHA
