$20K sign-on, high earning potential with many partners earning $500K+ BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care physician; permanent, Dallas/Fort Worth area, single-specialty group; schedule ~20 shifts/month (7 day ICU, 5–6 nights on-site 5pm–8am with APP relief, 5–6 day hospital shifts, 4 half-day clinics); 80% inpatient/20% outpatient; partnership track; guaranteed base + production bonus; benefits and $10K relocation. - BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care - TX medical license (or eligible) - Critical care experience with ICU shifts - Comfortable with night and swing shifts - Interest/experience in bronchoscopy, ECMO, or sleep medicine preferred

--Looking for a BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join a large, well-established single specialty group. --The practice employs twenty (20) board certified physicians and multiple advanced practice providers, and encompases three (3) offices and one (1) sleep center. --Practice mixture is approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient medicine --On-site intensivist services are provided 24/7 at their partner hospital with physician/APP coverage --Structured monthly schedule includes twenty (20) shifts: --Seven (7) daytime ICU shifts --Five (5) to six (6) night shifts: [On-site; From 5pm to 8am starting with calls/new consults until midnight at which time our highly-trained/experienced APPs take over allowing physician 5-6 hours of sleep]; --Five (5) to six (6) daytime hospital shifts --Four (4), half days of pulmonary clinic (or procedures or lung nodule clinic) one half-day a week --Additional hospital shifts are available if so desired --Opportunity for advanced bronchoscopy including navigational Intuitive Ion Robotic-assisted bronchoscopy --Opportunity to practice sleep medicine for interested candidates --Opportunity to participate in ECMO program --Opportunity for clinical education through affiliation with the new Medical School --Earning potential among partners in the group is greater than 90th percentile of MGMA --Financial package based upon candidate‘s background: starting package includes guaranteed base salary and production-based quarterly bonus --Income potential in first year will be $350-400K+.
