Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Work 3 x 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend coverage required
• No on-call requirements
• Float to all inpatient units including ICU, SDICU, Telemetry, and Med Surg
• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends
• 4 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS
• California RN licensure required
• 20 hours of orientation provided
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Handle complex ICU cases including post-cardiac surgery, neurological ICU patients, CVICU recovery patients, and MICU conditions
• Operate specialized equipment including CRRT, IABP, Impella, ECMO, pacemakers, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Work with interdisciplinary support teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Complete required modules during orientation through e-learning system
