Hospital based Psychiatry Director - replacing retiring director and oversee and run program. Looking for an experienced Psychiatrist leader that understands how to further grow and implement new programs. 70% clinical and 30% admin. Can work inpatient or outpatient Psychiatry. Will earn a competitive salary + bonuses.

Job Function:
- Director with leadership skills to replace retiring chair 70% clinical/30% admin.
- In person role and looking for one with a vision to grow the program.
- Need to understand the regulations for Psychiatry and implement best practices.
- Director will oversee staff of psychiatrists for inpatient and outpatient.
- Hospital has inpatient, outpatient, C/A, C/L, and addiction medicine.
Job Requirements:
- Director must have at least 5+ years of experience.
- Must be residency trained in Psychiatry.
- Must be NY licensed.
