Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology unit night shift, requiring a NC or compact RN license and ONC certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in the 9K Oncology/Women's unit of a hospital
- Primary patient population includes oncology cases
- Night shift schedule from 6:45PM to 7:15AM
- 13-week assignment length
- Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients
- Maintains documentation and adheres to hospital policies
- Assignment is open to candidates with no recent employment gaps
- First-time travelers may apply if all requirements are met
Requirements
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Current ONC (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification required
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) certifications must be valid for the entire assignment
- Minimum of 1 year recent oncology nursing experience required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
