Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year Home Health experience and 2 years overall as a clinician
- Certification: Active State PT License, BLS, Current CPR Certification, Valid Driver's License
- Charting System: Kinnser/WellSky
- Patient Age Group: Geriatric
Preferred:- Experience: OASIS experience
