Location: Clinton, Iowa
Setting: Hospital-Attached Cancer Center
Schedule: Full-Time Minimal After-Hours Call (Phone Only)
Position Overview:
A respected oncology practice in Eastern Iowa is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join its collaborative and patient-centered team. This role offers a balanced mix of medical oncology and hematology in a modern facility with strong nursing and specialist support.
Key Practice Details:
70% Medical Oncology / 30% Hematology
30 patients/day
Consults: 30 mins Follow-ups: 15 mins
Supported by 4 RNs, MA, CNA, front desk
Onsite infusion center & full ancillary services
Radiation Oncology via academic affiliate
Minimal call responsibilities phone only
Potential future rotation to nearby facility
Integrated referrals from large PCP base
Candidate Requirements:
BC/BE in Medical Oncology Required
BC/BE in Hematology Required
Iowa medical license or eligibility Required
Not accepting J1, H1B, or Locum candidates
No supervision or malpractice in probate
Compensation & Benefits:
