This part-time Family Practice Physician specializing in Geriatrics will serve as Medical Director at two rural health clinics in West Tennessee, providing clinical oversight, direct patient care, and leadership for advanced practice clinicians. Part-Time Medical Director Primary Care (FP, IM, Geriatrics) (Rural Health) Jackson, TN area
Opportunity Highlights
- Part-time W2 position (10 days per month) at two rural health clinic sites in West Tennessee
- 2 days per week
- No call responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of nurse practitioners one to two days per week
- Deliver direct patient care two days per month
- Clinic hours: Monday Thursday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM 11:30 AM
- Leadership responsibilities include:
- Supervising advanced practice clinicians (APCs)
- Conducting quarterly chart reviews and annual performance evaluations
- Leading monthly clinician meetings and collaborating on operational improvements
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly clinical rate: $110/hour (no cap on productivity)
- Monthly medical director stipend: $4,500 (inclusive of both clinic sites)

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
- Active and unrestricted Tennessee medical license and DEA (or in progress)
