Join Our Maternal Fetal Medicine Team in Grand Rapids, MI

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join our Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team in Grand Rapids and Muskegon, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced care and collaborate with specialists in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care in Maternal Fetal Medicine managing high-risk pregnancies and fetal complications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to create comprehensive care plans.
• Primarily serve patients in Grand Rapids with occasional travel to Muskegon as needed.
• Participate in the education and training of medical students and residents.
• Work with an assigned MA, Sonographer, and additional support staff at all offices.
• Share on-call duties with MFM Partner/Medical Director, primarily managing phone calls with occasional hospital visits.
• Open to experienced Board Certified providers or truly Board Eligible recent graduates.
• Ensure candidate is Board Certified within 2 years of eligibility if Board Eligible.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
• Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years) or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine - REQUIRED
• Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• DEA registration (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Visa support required - J1 or H1B - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Michigan medical license
• DEA registration
• BLS and ACLS certification
