The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will collaborate with physicians to provide family practice medical care, including examinations, prescribing, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include patient assessment, ordering and performing diagnostic tests, treating illnesses, and providing preventive health counseling. The role also involves involvement in peer reviews, staff education, and supporting urgent care and preoperative clearances with a 4-day work week option and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities
- Practice medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions.
- Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.
- Assess patient status by obtaining health history.
- Order/perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests.
- Treat illnesses, give injections, suture wounds.
- Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care.
- Counsel patient/family on preventive health care.
- Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development and other continuing education.
- This position will focus on TOC's, urgent care, and help with preop clearances.

Salary starting at $115,000
