12 weeks PTO and guaranteed post-call day off at a dedicated children’s hospital. Full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist role in Louisiana metro (≈200K). 100% pediatric anesthesia, supervision-focused with autonomous CRNAs, cases include general, ENT, neuro, trauma, regional, ortho; no cardiac. Private practice; collaboration with 3 pediatric anesthesiologists, ~80 CRNAs, 20+ anesthesiologists. 2-year partnership track. Must-have requirements: - MD/DO with pediatric anesthesiology fellowship - Board certified/eligible in Anesthesiology - Valid state medical license (or ability to obtain) - Experience supervising CRNAs/anaesthesia team - Eligibility to work in the US

The Opportunity:
• Large private practice of 100 employees. Collaborate with 3 other pediatric anesthesiologists, 20+ anesthesiologists, and around 80 CRNAs
• 100% pediatric anesthesia
• Cases include general surgery, ENT, neuro, trauma, regional, and orthopedics (no cardiac)
• Guaranteed post-call day off
• Primarily a supervision role of highly autonomous CRNAs

Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed competitive base salary between $575k-590k
