About the Health Center
This is a thriving Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to improving access to healthcare. Founded in 2005 and grew from five employees in a single small clinic to a network of 7 standalone clinics and 40 school-based health centers.
Our nearly 500 team members offer a full range of primary care, dental, mental health, and specialty services. We also provide transportation for patients at all locations, ensuring care is truly accessible.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. This is an outpatient-only role with no call, no weekends, and the autonomy to practice medicine your way while enjoying a flexible schedule and excellent work-life balance.
Schedule & Work Environment
Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm (36-hour week)
4.5 clinic days + 0.5 administrative day (admin can be done from home)
No weekends, no after-hours call (weekends covered by NPs)
Average 20 patients/day
Longer visits for new patients & annuals (30 min), shorter for follow-ups and sick visits
Patient mix: 40% pediatric, 45% adult, remainder 65+
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $250,000 $300,000+ (up to $350,000 for Medical Director level)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - $15,000
Production Incentive: Based on patient encounters
Relocation: $10,000 (variable based on location)
Loan Repayment: YES
PTO: 26 days (additional week after 3 years)
CME: 2 days + expense allowance
Insurance: Health, dental, vision (100% paid for employee; family coverage available)
Retirement: 401k with 4% match (after 1 year)
Malpractice: FTCA coverage
Additional: All business-related expenses covered
