Responsibilities - Service Manager:
- Oversee daily operations in the service department and keep everything running smoothly
- Provide support to service advisors and technicians
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Cultivate a positive, team-first work environment where people want to give their best
- Ensure timely completion of service appointments and an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with parts and sales to keep operations seamless
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Manager:
- Previous experience in Automotive Service Management
- Experienced Assistant Service Manager will also be considered
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Lead by example and bring out the best in your team
- Are confident with DMS tools (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) and OEM platforms
- Communicate clearly and handle challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Must pass pre-employment screening
