CLOSED 12.04.2025 - Closed - Cancelled High-Acuity Locum CT Surgeon Opportunity: Adult Cardiac & General Thoracic We are seeking a highly skilled Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our hospital-based team near North Manchester, Indiana, for critical temporary coverage during a provider's PTO. Assignment Details Dates Needed: December 22, 2025 January 5, 2026 (Potential for sporadic ongoing coverage) Shift: 24-hour call, including weekend requirements as needed. Setting: Hospital-based (16 ORs, 45,000 Annual ER Visits) Anticipated Cases: Approximately 5 6 procedures per week (avg. 2 heart and 2 3 lung surgeries). Ancillary Support: Team includes dedicated CT-NP, CT-PA, and CT rounding nurse. EMR: EPIC Scope of Services Adult Cardiac: CABG (Arterial Revascularization, Redo Revascularization), Heart Valve Repair/Replacement, CoreValve System, Mitral Valve Repair. General Thoracic: Tube Thoracostomy, Pericardial Window, Thoracotomy Lung Biopsy, Resections, Pneumonectomy, Decortication, Chest Wall Resection, and Mediastinal Surgery. Requirements & Compensation Certification: Board Certification or Board Eligibility is required. Licensure: Active Indiana State License at the time of submission is required. DEA/CSR: Active Indiana DEA/CSR at the time of submission is required. Availability: Must be available for all open dates listed.
