Job Summary:
HCA Florida Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider as part of the largest health system in the country is looking to expand its Florida Liver Transplant Program. We are actively seeking a full-time Transplant Hepatologist to join our fast-growing HCA Largo Transplant Center providing opportunity to live and work within 10 min from best beaches in the country.
- Candidate should be board eligible or certified in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology, with expertise preferred but not required in Transplant Hepatology
- Excellent communications skills required, be good at fostering relationships with referring physicians and should enjoy a collaborative environment with a friendly, supportive group of physicians
- Expertise in all aspects of liver disease management, transplant services and procedures including living donor liver transplant and comprehensive cancer care
- Professional development opportunities in teaching, clinical research, mentorship, leadership, and community service available

About HCA Florida Largo Hospital:- 455-bed statutory teaching hospital serving Pinellas County from three campuses
- Offers a number of specialty services including Breast Institute, Cardiovascular Services with Advanced Heart Failure Care (Left Ventricular Assist Device, Heart Transplant), Kidney and Liver Transplant, Hepatobiliary Care (kidney, liver, and gall bladder), Orthopedic/Total Joint Care, Spine, and Neurologic Care, Robotic Surgery, and Wound Care Services with Hyperbaric Medicine
