Permanent, full‑time, 95% ambulatory with adjoining ASCs; minimal call (weekend coverage every 4th weekend). Partnership track with guaranteed starting income $350–400k. Established referral network and patient base. Adjoining surgery center. Minimal call. Practice is 95% ambulatory.
