The Emergency Medicine Physician will work full-time in a community-based teaching hospital's 24-hour Emergency Department in Moultrie, Georgia, providing patient care alongside a collaborative team. The position offers a competitive salary, student loan repayment assistance, and opportunities to precept medical students and residents. Candidates must be residency-trained in Emergency Medicine, board-certified or eligible, and hold a Georgia medical license or participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Facility: A 155-bed community-based teaching hospital with a thriving physician group. The hospital features a newly renovated 24-hour Emergency Department with 24 private treatment rooms, advanced cardiac monitoring systems, and bedside computer documentation. The facility also includes a hospital physicians lounge with meals provided, a 24-hour fitness center, and a state-of-the-art medical education center with simulation labs and a conference center.
Opportunity: Full-time Emergency Medicine Physician opportunity to join a robust, collaborative team of physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff. This is a hospital-employed W-2 position with opportunities to precept medical students and residents.
Details:
Schedule: Tuesday Friday, 12 p.m. 9 p.m. (extra pay for additional hours)

Residents/fellows who make early commitments may receive a monthly stipend or a sign-on bonus
Must be EM residency-trained (FM or IM candidates not accepted)
Not a designated trauma center
Requirements:
Completion or upcoming completion of an Emergency Medicine residency
Board-certified or board-eligible (must become certified within 5 years)
Georgia medical license or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience, W-2 employment, quarterly profit-sharing bonuses, quality bonuses, and an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment.
