The Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician will lead and manage psychiatric programs, strategic planning, and clinical operations within Washington County Mental Health Services. This role involves overseeing a team of psychiatrists and APRNs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the agency in community and healthcare partnerships. Scope:
• Lead psychiatric programming, strategic planning, and service integration across divisions while ensuring compliance with state regulations
• Oversee a small team of psychiatrists and APRNs; provide consultation on complex cases and crisis services
• Manage psychiatric operations, staffing, budgets, and clinical protocols
• Represent the agency in state, healthcare system, and community partnerships to enhance psychiatric services and outcomes.

Qualifications:
