Novant Health Child & Adolescent Medical Group – Monroe is seeking a full-time board-certified/eligible pediatrician to join our established practice in Monroe, North Carolina. For more than 20 years, parents and caregivers in Union County have trusted our team to provide exceptional pediatric care from birth through young adulthood. Our 13-provider group offers comprehensive preventive and acute care, including newborn visits, annual checkups, childhood immunizations, and management of both common and complex illnesses. We also provide same-day, next-day, and Saturday appointments to ensure our patients receive timely care when they need it most. The practice features two convenient satellite locations in Waxhaw and Wesley Chapel, with clinic hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (rotating). Call responsibilities are shared on a rotating basis among all physicians.
