Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and team members

• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

• Previous experience with ABA or children is a plus (not required)

• Must pass background check

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
