The Program Manager at Artex is responsible for managing client relationships, addressing risk and capital management needs, and driving business retention and growth within an assigned portfolio. This role requires coordination with administrative and customer service teams, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining communication with senior client representatives. Candidates need experience in client coordination or claims management, appropriate licensing, and strong communication and organizational skills.
How you'll make an impact
- Manage an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients.
- Lead appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs.
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels.Cultivate relationships with the most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.Has retention goals for assigned group of accounts.
- May coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service.
- May support an Account Executive or a Broker Producer and is the first line of contact when the Account Executive or Broker/Producer is not available.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office.
- Appropriate Property & Casualty Insurance license desired.
- Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Ability and desire to provide results.
Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.
